Yes!!… All our services are meant for any person with care needs at home. For example: We are an ICBC-approved vendor. Clients with active ICBC claims can get a great benefit from us for faster recovery.
We can actually provide care at home for anyone who needs it, with or without an ICBC claim.

Yes, our company has Worksafe BC coverage, and it is currently in good standing. Our company also has business insurance coverage which includes our employees’ being bonded.
We issue our bills on a semi-monthly basis. Our bills are due upon receipt. We accept e-transfers and cheques. We do not take credit card payments.
In case of temporary cancellation of service, we will require a minimum of two business days notice, otherwise, we will proceed to charge scheduled time. In case of permanent cancellation, we will require a minimum of five business days notice, otherwise, we will proceed to charge scheduled time.
